Preparation to Fight Corona in India

"LETS DONATE FOR MEDICAL FACILITIES In India"

I know it may sound something different but looking at the limited facilities of Medical Emergency and with people talking about the fact ,that with Corona Outburst at its peak, we will have no where to test or get intensive care in a place like India (where 1 hospital Bed to Patient Ratio is 1:83000).
I urged the Government to come up with few steps which are totally practical:
1) A promoted Website where we can Donate some amount which can be used for building temporary facility and ventilations.
Eg . 133.9 Crore Population Contribution of atleast 10 Rs sums to Rs 1339 Cores.

2) A small portion of Salary of Central Govt, State Govt, and PSU employee can be deducted for the need.
Eg. Even 500 Rs from each will serve the purpose and this will also come under Tax Saving, to which everyone will agree.

I know that majority of India will come forward for this, and this idea needs to be implemented soon before it's too late.
