Creating a White Underbase In Photoshop With Slight Choking Tutorial

A short video explaining how I create a white under base when printing on colored t shirts using Photoshop. It is a very simple process that I use. This is useful for anybody in the screen printing industry who is wondering how to create a white under base. I also "choke" the under base, which means that it is slightly smaller so that the white under base cannot be seen at all. The opposite would be a "bleed" which means the white under base is a little larger than the image which allows it to be seen much clearer on a dark t shirt.
