REAL TRUCKER STORIES #2 TRAINING MY DAD!!

Well not to many people can say that you got to train your father and help his life change due to trucking. I was very fortunate to have been able to train my dad to become a very successful truck driver. This night my Dad was driving from El Paso TX back home to Willis TX and I was asleep in the sleeper and all of a sudden my Dad calls my name Jorgito something happened to the brakes and they locked up. I jump out of bed and noticed that indeed we had no air in the brakes and we where in the slow lane stopped. I quickly jump in the driver seat and just drug the trailer off of the road onto the shoulder. Dad was shook up and I asked him what happened and he said I'm not sure something came out of the weeds and there immediately after the brakes locked up. Something cut the brake lines under the trailer and it looked like a perfect cut almost as if someone had cut them with a razorblade. That was a scary moment for both of us but quick thinking helped us get out of harms way. Hope you guys enjoyed the story..
