枝竹炆腩肉 Braised Pork Belly With Dried Bean Curd Stick **字幕 CC Eng. Sub**

🟢材料:
腩肉 500 克
枝竹 100 克
薑 1 片
紅蔥頭 1 粒
蒜頭 1 粒
蔥 適量
冰糖 1 小粒
蠔油 1 湯匙
紹興酒 1 湯匙
老抽、鹽 適量
熱水 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 枝竹用冷水浸泡至軟身。
2️⃣ 將腩肉洗淨切件,煎至金黃,加入薑片、紅蔥頭和蒜頭,煎至兩面金黃色。
3️⃣ 下冰糖、蠔油、紹興酒、老抽、鹽翻炒均勻,加入熱水,小火煮 40 分鐘。
4️⃣ 再加入枝竹炆5分鐘,加入蔥段翻炒均勻即可。

🟢Ingredients:
Pork Belly 500g
Dried Bean Curd Sticks 100g
Ginger 1 slice
Shallot 1 bulb
Garlic 1 clove
Spring Onions (Scallions) as needed
Rock Sugar 1 small piece
Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon
Shaoxing Wine 1 tablespoon
Dark Soy Sauce, Salt as needed
Hot Water as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Soak the dried bean curd sticks in cold water until softened.
2️⃣ Wash and cut the pork belly into pieces. Pan-fry until golden brown. Add the ginger, shallot and garlic, and fry until both sides are golden brown.
3️⃣ Add the rock sugar, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, dark soy sauce, and salt. Stir-fry evenly. Add hot water and simmer for 40 minutes over low heat.
4️⃣ Add the softened dried bean curd sticks and braise for another 5 minutes. Add spring onions and stir-fry evenly. Serve hot.
