‘Barbra Streisand...and Other Musical Instruments’ was the fifth TV special by Barbra Streisand that aired live in 1973. The special spawned an album of the same name in November of 1973; with the full special being released on DVD in 2006. It featured Barbra performing reimagined versions of songs from earlier in her career as well as covers of music from around the world including ‘I Never Has Seen Snow’, which was written by Harold Arlen and Truman Capote for the musical ‘House of Flowers’.
