802.11r Explanation with Demo of mixed mode vs adaptive mode

This video talks about what we call as 802.11r, FT, Fast Transition, FSR, Fast Secure Roaming theory in the wireless world and then goes on to show the time difference observed + Specific giveaway fields and then a demo of the difference between the two most sought after modes of configuration, ie; mixed mode vs adaptive mode available in Cisco Wireless configuration.
