The NJIT Rocketry Club's RockSat Team reaches their long-awaited goal: integrating our ARROW payload onto a NASA sounding rocket at Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia!

RockSat is a program for students to design, build, and fly a sounding rocket experiment on a Terrier-Improved Malemute sounding rocket. Experiments will be launched to space on a sub-orbital trajectory.

The NJIT Rocketry Club is an aerospace and rocketry-driven student organization at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), founded in 2024.

We’re a passionate community of students dedicated to rocketry, space exploration, and astronautics. NRC members collaborate on exciting projects, design, build, and launch model rockets, and dive into the latest advancements of the engineering and aerospace industries.
