We Flipped the SMELLIEST Condo Into a Dream Home (crazy before + afters)

This flip is truly ONE OF A KIND. Welcome back to ON THE FLIP!!! First off, we challenged ourselves to do our fastest and most affordable flip of all time. Could we flip this entire place for $20,000 and stay within budget for the first time ever? LOL...you'll have to watch and see. And second...hands down, this is the smelliest flip we've ever done. I would say I wish there was smell-o-vision here, but honestly, I don't wish that on y'all. When I say it was hard to even be inside this townhouse when we bought it, I'm not exaggerating. This place had EXTREME smoke damage from cigarette smoke and 1000% that's the only reason we were able to get it. And no hate to smokers at all, people should absolutely have the freedom to do what they want in life BUUUUUUT if you're trying to flip a place...this is a HUGE issue. The previous owner also had several animals living in the home, which again, LOVE ANIMALS but if the smells are too pungent it can make resale nearly impossible. Most people are immediately turned off by aromas they don't love lol. OH ALSO, did I mention that we flipped this place NOT to sell it but to rent it out??? After years of living in pretty gnarly/overpriced rentals in LA myself, it's a dream come true to have created a rental property that is beautiful and affordable for a great family! Renting should not mean you can't live in a beautiful home! GAH, Iove the way this place turned out...what do you guys think????
