In this short, you play as a killer clown named John Wade who lives in the Happyhills. The Fifteenth level of this game, known as Tape 15 - Midnight Stalker. It sees the Killer Clown ona bus with an unknown woman and Bryan Pawalski, a detective, who is apparently asleep.

As a Killer Clown, you try and hide your face with a newspaper before getting off the bus when your female victim departs. The aim of John Wade is to stay out of line of sight for her as you have to follow her without being seen.

Dodging streetlights and hiding in dark doorways, you get closer and closer to your target before grabbing a metal pipe and cornering her in a dark alley. But Bryan Pawalski has been hunting you down this entire time and tells you to FREEZE as he lifts up his gun.

Looking at your enemy straight in the face you tell them that 'I am DEATH' before the streetlights go dark and when they come back on, the killer clown has vanished. The unknown female is safe but Bryan Pawalski is still no closer to catching the Happyhills Serial Killer.
Welcome to Happyhills, the place where you can indulge your deepest desires, make your wildest dreams come true, and slaughter anyone in any way you want. In this case, all three of these are the same.
Play as a stylish 80's style slasher and kill your way through different levels. Remember: professionals have standards, kill every target in an unique way and do not get caught, spoils the fun.

John Wade, also known as The Pale Grin, is the titular villainous protagonist of The Happyhills Homicide horror video game as well as antagonist in Detective Bryan Pawalksi's point of view. He is a serial killer who is setting out revenge upon all of those who harmed him in the past.

The Happyhills Homicide is made by Copperbolt and is available for free download at Gamejolt. The Happyhills Homicide is a PC game created by Copperbolt, released in November of 2022.

In the game, you play as the masked serial killer protagonist (and antagonist), John Wade.
