### **Urgent Clarification Sought on Jobs, Justice & Pending Recruitments for J&K Youth**

**Description:**
A strong appeal has been made seeking immediate clarification and action from **LG Manoj Sinha**, **Dr Farooq Abdullah**, and **CM Omar Abdullah** regarding the future of thousands of educated youths aged 18–40 in Jammu & Kashmir who are serving in various government and semi-government roles.

These include highly educated contractual teachers from 2014–15 and 2018–19, contractual 10+2 lecturers, REK, NYC, SBM Preraks, Aayas, KGBV, CPWs, land donors, daily wagers, SPOs, assistant professors, Samagra Shiksha seasonal teachers, CRCs, VTs, Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers, MDM staff, Home Guards, Lambardars, Chowkidars, and other educated youths.

Despite their vital contributions, many remain without regular salaries—especially concerning during Eid. The appeal also seeks clear timelines for long-pending recruitments, including Doctors, Engineers, BDS, BAMS professionals, Police Sub-Inspectors, Naib Tehsildars, and the filling of vacant JKSSB posts.

A transparent response and time-bound roadmap are urgently needed to restore trust and ensure justice for J&K’s working youth.
