Gentle Beginner Yoga Flow | 60-Minute Full Body Practice

Welcome to this gentle, beginner-friendly yoga practice.

This class offers a slow and mindful vinyasa flow with plenty of space for stillness, breath, and self-awareness. We begin with a grounding meditation and gradually move through a sequence designed to cultivate presence, mobility, and ease throughout the body, with special attention given to the hips.

Along the way, I introduce the foundations of Ujjayi breath and touch on the role of the bandhas, helping you build a deeper connection between breath, movement, and inner awareness. Whether you're new to yoga or simply looking for a softer practice, this class invites you to slow down, tune in, and move with intention.

We'll close with a restful Savasana, allowing the benefits of the practice to fully settle into the body and mind.
