1 tbsp(9g) sugar

【For the Teriyaki Chicken】
450 grams skin-on boneless chicken thighs
60 grams red bell pepper
5cm green onion
3 tbsp All Purpose Flour or Cake Flour
2 tbsp(36g) soy sauce
2 tbsp(36g) mirin
2 tbsp(30g) sake
1 tbsp(9g) sugar
