Gateway of Atonement 10 - Having Compassion for G0d

A how-to guide on the process of repentance, or T’shuvah, which literally means return.

Integrate the deepest spiritual tools that have been revealed through mystical texts such as the Zohar, Eitz Chayim, and others. The beauty of the new text we will explore is that these esoteric wisdoms are distilled down to a simple and accessible process that we can all understand, follow and benefit from.

Gateway of Atonement is a weekly class with Temple Israel's Cantor Michael Smolash on Thursday mornings. Please contact Maya at Maya@Temple-Israel.org to get the class dates and Zoom link if you would like to join us live.

Class text is available here: https://www.chabad.org/library/tanya/tanya_cdo/aid/7940/jewish/Chapter-7.htm

Cantor Smolash is a student of Australia’s Rabbi Dr. Laibl Wolf, one of the foremost teachers of Kabbalah today, and teaches classes and individual learning on the mystical aspects of Judaism for progressive communities.
