YZ 250 Engine Teardown... Should I use it?

Here I tear down a YZ 250 engine to see if its worth saving. There is some putty or JB weld on the case and I need to decide weather to use it or not. Let me know what you think in the comments. I bought this to replace the YZ 125 engine in the Raptor 250. I just need more power!

Should I replace the case half? Should I part this out and look for another donor (I wont lose a dime)? I really kinda want it to look pristine and i defiantly don't want a leak
