Mashed Potatoes from Home-made Flakes - Second Attempt
Taking what I learned from the first attempt, I modified my process and tried again to make a good serving of mashed potatoes from the flakes I made out of last year's potato harvest. They came out better than last time, but still not as good as I'd hoped.
