Maple-Bourbon Ribs

Winter is here — and it sucks — but pretend it isn’t by firing-up the pit and smoke yourselves some tasty, juicy, tender maple-bourbon ribs!

MAIN INGREDIENTS
- 3 racks of babyback pork ribs
- 1/4 cup 16th mesh ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- Yellow mustard
- 1 cup Maple barbecue sauce
- 2 cups of our favorite bourbon (Jack Daniels works well too)

BARBECUE FUEL
- Bourbon barrel wood chunks for smoke
- Sugar maple charcoal chunks
