Jake Thistle -- Change Of Heart (Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers cover)

PART 2-- I was thinking of Howie Epstein as we lost him on this day in 2003. He did a ton of cool stuff, so I thought I'd do a couple of things with him in mind. Most people know him from his work with the Heartbreakers, of course...and this is one of the first songs that I could really hear him on. Later, I'll post a song he worked on with John Prine. Anyway, this is Part 2 today-- the underrated song, Change of Heart.
