Strike is an app available on Android, iOS, and Chrome. Strike is currently only offered in the USA excluding users from NY and HI. However, Strike is currently working on expanding.

Strike lets you deposit US Dollars from either your bank account or debit card. Once you have cash in the app you can use it to send money to others, send Bitcoin, or pay Lightning Invoices. It's just like PayPal, Venmo, Square Cash, and Zelle where you can store and send your money to anyone else instantly. Additionally Strike gives every user their own Tipping website, no setup required, it's there anytime you want to use it. Send it out to as many people as you want. Your tipping website allows other people to send you tips using Strike, Bitcoin, or the Lightning Network. You can tip as little as one penny and the person you tipped will receive it instantly as US Dollars. Your tipping website is strike.me/yourusername.

Unlike the other payment apps, Strike also lets you convert your dollars into Bitcoin and send it instantly to other people, businesses, or even yourself. This is a massive achievement for Bitcoin adoption as it cuts out exchange fees, saves you time, headaches, and tax liabilities!

You can also send yourself Bitcoin directly to your wallet without paying exchange fees. With Strike you simply send it directly to your Bitcoin address using any amount from your available balance. It's that simple!

Similar to an exchange there are limits on how much you can deposit and send in a given period. And just like exchanges you will have to go through a KYC or Know Your Customer verification and the amount of information you will need to give depends on the limits you desire. At a minimum you will need to give your name, email address, and phone number for these lower limits. If you want the higher tier limits then you will go through the same KYC process as any other major exchange and have to provide additional information like your SSN, your address, a picture of your ID and any other information they require at the time.

Finally another really cool feature is that Strike gives you cash back from several vendors. Unlike credit cards, this cash back is given back to you instantly in your strike account so there is no need to wait until you hit a certain balance to convert it or spend it.
