Mutton Paya Recipe Goat Trotters Easy Authentic

INGREDIENTS
5 mutton
1 tsp black pepper
2 brown cardamom
1 piece mace
1/4 piece mace
4 peice cinnamon stick
1/3 cup cooking oil
3 medium sliced onion
-Now add 7-8 cups of water and cook on low flame until done around 4-5 hour.
-Add whole spice powder and put it on simmer for 10 minutes or until desired consistency.
-Mutton paye is ready, garnish with fresh coriander, green chilies and ginger.

-Ghee ½ cup
-Pyaz 2 (grinded)
-Lehsan 1 & ½ tbs
-Adrak 1tbs
-Mutton Paye 6
-Lal mirch powder 2 tbs
-Namak 2tsp or hasb e zaiqa
-Haldee powder 2tsp
-Pani 8 cups
-Garam masala powder ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (for garnishing)
-Hari mirch (for garnishing)
-Adrak (julienne) (for garnishing)
-Lemmo
