Ep93: Why you should build your barn/shop before building your house

In this video, I talk about how we built our shop first as a garage apartment to live in as we prepared and designed the build of our house. The plan was to get on the property as quickly as possible so building a small, modest dwelling allowed us to move in within a couple months. The apartment was built so it could easily be converted into my workshop.
