50 Cent was born Curtis James Jackson III on July 6, 1975, in the borough of Queens in New York City. He was raised by a single mother in the neighborhood of Jamaica. His mom worked as a drug dealer and died in an unexplained fire when Jackson was only eight years old; after her death, he was raised by his grandmother.
Jackson had boyhood aspirations to be a boxer, and fought at the junior level, but began selling drugs when he was 12. At the age of 19, an undercover police officer arrested Jackson for selling four vials of cocaine and when his home was raided three weeks later, police found crack and heroin. Sentenced to three-to-nine years, he instead went to a boot camp and got his GED. At this time, he was already rapping and took on the name 50 Cent, which was the original moniker of a Brooklyn crook from the 1980s.

I wasn't going to post anything about 50 Cent and his comments but when I found this clip I was APPALLED and filled with sorrow for this precious young man who was simply trying to do his job.
The audacity of anyone to attempt to humiliate and slander.
After the backlash and the damage has been done he deletes the tweet and offers up an apology to the family. My disgust cannot be put into words.
His judgement is definitely questionable...
Fame and fortune has NOTHING to do with character. That is why Entertainers such as this will never ever compare to MJ.
They are void of decency and compassion.
The Name Michael Jackson carries more than just the greatest entertainment value. He is a man of dignity and respect and treated everyone as a valuable human being.
Never an attempt to harm anyone in any way or verbally slander an individual.
