There are a few different ways to insert a PDF file into an Excel spreadsheet, depending on what you want to achieve.
Inserting a PDF as an object:
Click on the "Insert" tab in the Excel ribbon.
Click on the "Object" button in the "Text" section of the ribbon.
In the "Object" dialog box, click on the "Create from File" tab.
Click on the "Browse" button to select the PDF file you want to insert.
Check the "Display as icon" checkbox if you want to insert the PDF file as an icon that can be clicked to open the file.
Click "OK" to insert the PDF file.
Inserting a PDF as an image:
Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Use the "Snapshot" tool to select the area of the PDF you want to insert into Excel.
Press Ctrl+C or use the "Edit" menu to copy the selected area.
In Excel, click on the cell where you want to insert the PDF image.
Press Ctrl+V or use the "Paste" button in the "Home" tab to insert the PDF image.
Linking to a PDF file:
Save the PDF file in a location that can be accessed from Excel.
In Excel, click on the cell where you want to insert the link to the PDF file.
Press Ctrl+K or right-click and choose "Hyperlink" from the context menu.
In the "Insert Hyperlink" dialog box, navigate to the location of the PDF file and select it.
Click "OK" to create the hyperlink.
You can insert a Word document or other file into an Excel sheet as an object using the following steps:
Click on the cell where you want to insert the object.
Click on the "Insert" tab in the Excel ribbon.
Click on the "Object" button in the "Text" section of the ribbon.
In the "Object" dialog box, click on the "Create from File" tab.
Click on the "Browse" button to select the file you want to insert.
Check the "Display as icon" checkbox if you want to insert the file as an icon that can be clicked to open the file.
Click "OK" to insert the file as an object in the selected cell.
Alternatively, you can insert the file as a hyperlink in the following way:
Click on the cell where you want to insert the hyperlink.
Click on the "Insert" tab in the Excel ribbon.
Click on the "Hyperlink" button in the "Links" section of the ribbon.
In the "Insert Hyperlink" dialog box, select "Existing File or Web Page" from the options on the left.
Click on the "Browse" button to select the file you want to link to.
Click "OK" to create the hyperlink in the selected cell.

Click on the cell where you want to attach the PDF file.

Select "Adobe Acrobat Document" from the list of object types.

The "Acrobat Document Object" dialog box will appear. Click "Create from File" and then click "Browse" to locate the PDF file you want to attach.
Select the PDF file and click "Open". The PDF file will be attached to the selected cell as an object.
Save the Excel workbook to preserve the attachment.
Note: If you want to attach the PDF file in a way that doesn't require Adobe Acrobat Reader to be installed on the computer, you can use a file compression tool such as WinZip or 7-Zip to create a ZIP file containing the PDF file, and then attach the ZIP file to the Excel sheet using the same steps as above.
