Reaper Is STILL The Easiest Build for GW2 WvW Roaming (Change My Mind)

Necromancer is one of the more efficient classes for Guild Wars 2 WvW Roaming due to how tanky it is but how much damage it can do. This is why I say it is the easiest, because there are easier but less effective builds. The trade off of being slow is made up for by the Reaper's mobility and other spectral utilities.
