Not dusty, not smelly, simple, natural and cheap diy cat toilet that saves time and a whole lot of money on litter. The boxes were less that $10 each and pine pellets only about $6 for a 40 lbs bag. Using a layer of pellets only 1 to 2 inches thick allows for easy sifting. Some already available sifting litter box systems can also work like this if the space between them is high enough for used litter to easily fall through.
