Ukraine War: Dnipro's Mayor says 'Western help is late' and pleads for more weapons

The Mayor of the Ukrainian city of Dnipro says they are in desperate need of weapons and 'Western help is late'.

Dnipro, which is a gateway between the East and West of the country, has taken in tens of thousands of displaced people fleeing the frontlines — many of them children injured in the violence.
