Hodges Field - The Ideal Airplanes' First-Flight Location

This videos shows the beauty and how extremely well-maintained Hodges Airfield is. It's very open and unobstructed, and like landing on a huge level golf course. That's a huge plus for doing those challenging First Flights on new and expensive R C models. The runway space is huge, very level, and without any nearby emergency landing obstacles. And as we all know, Murphy's still alive and well, and he has a big hardware & software trouble-making staff to make that first flight even more challenging (advantage huge level grass runway at Hodges Field!).
