Super Tigre -G 28 0,5cc 1954 diesel...a great test run

Finally a long search has its end...at a price! But I know,this one wount come cheap..a LOVELY peace of art..and so fast! The engine had little running time,as the carter dont seal well,so it was almost not possible to start it.I made a new gasket and borrow the needle from a 1,5 ST diesel..and of we go...ready to show its real "potenca"
All Super Tigre engines are very good performers...and this one is no different!!
And as small it is,I was VERY surprised,how much power this little unit kicks out..just amazing!!
A bit fuzzy for the right settings,but once that is set,it starts within a few flicks...say 5 to 10.
This run was a 5x3 prop used and the following mix;
Petroleum. 40% + ether 29% + castor oil 29% and 2 % Cetaan booster
I need to make a new head,as the ribs are demaged,I guess somebody want to fox the leak,and cant get the engine apart..I had my self also a bit work to get the glued liner out...But..its ready.
The smalles of all the Tigers..the G 28! Also made as a 0,8cc version.The cross flow liner is a copy of the 1,5,from which I loan the neddle..lovely made!
