PPL billing recommendations for working directly with a local business:

Set your call tracking software to not display the caller ID of the customer to your client.

A lead is billable when:

- Phone rings more than 4 times without an answer
- Client asks for the customers information
- Client sets an appointment
- Refers another company
- Asks for the customer to call back on a different number
- Customer goes to voicemail

(you should have your call tracking software send them the customer's information via text and/or email if the lead is billable)

Have their credit card ready, bill them weekly, and allow them access to listen to the calls.
