Warren Buffett Warns of Optimistic Earnings Forecast
(April 30, 2005) Warren #Buffett and Charlie #Munger expressed concerns about the optimistic earnings forecast. They explained that the earnings can be manipulated within the Accounting rules in the short term. But over the long term, the short term focus will lead to disaster in businesses.
