Welcome back to my channel. Today I’ll be showing you a cheaper alternative to oxtail Rasta pasta which is chicken Rasta pasta. What I love about this dish is that the same great flavors are there but it’s easier on your pockets.

INGREDIENTS: (season chicken)
Chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp kinders seasoning (can substitute with all purpose seasoning)
1 tbsp green seasoning
1 tbsp jerk seasoning

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Salt to taste
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup coconut milk
Sliced bell peppers (sweet peppers)
1/2 onion chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 lb pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups water(to form gravy)
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
