Lumber prices will crash and Gas will get more expensive!

I explain why (In my opinion) Lumber prices will crash and it will partly be because of the Unleaded Gas and Diesel prices that are going to soar in value this Summer. I believe we will also see food inflation but that is another issue. I also believe that Gold, Silver and Bitcoin will keep going up over the long haul due to rising inflation and a flight for safety against a falling Dollar.
