In Depth Review Of A Very Rare Schiedmayer / Ibach / Kawai C 183 removing grand piano action

It has come to our attention that this piano is not really a Schiedmayer, but was influenced by Ibach a German piano builder and was made by Kawai in the late 1990's. It would seem likely it had strong direction from Ibach.
Purchased for less than the price of a high end Hybrid Piano, I will give you a in depth review on a unknown (for the most part) very well made piano built in the late 1990's. This piano should not be confused with the present Schiedmayer pianos made in Indonesia that have nothing in common with this piano, and neither do these pianos have anything to do with Schiedmayer Celesta GmbH in Germany, which now currently produces the world's only Celestas, using Victor Mustel's action patent from 1886. The facts around this piano are far from clear who was involved with the design of this piano built by Kawai. What is clear is that it is a very well made piano that the designers wanted to be influenced by the German warm sound, and did so by using Renner hammers, and a Bavarian spruce soundboard, and is a quality built piano.
