Kind of a Layout Tour. The Dog Bone Loop. How long will it take to travel the entire HOn3 layout?

Years ago I had the idea of doing a wye at Kenosha Pass.
In doing so it would enable us to make a very long continuous run. As of about 1 minute ago. I am calling this the Dog Bone Loop.

Well now I have the wye in place and working.
So in this video I run a train the full distance and you get to see it all.

When you run the train on this new route it will pass each location twice. Once in one direction, and then again going the opposite direction. You can think of it as a single line with a reverse loop at each end. But one reverse loop is really big.

One option would be to let a train run this route on its own. While that is going on, one could run a second train moving cars or passengers back and forth between different locations. All while having to avoid the train running the Dog Bone Loop. The rule would be that your train can not interfere with the other train witch can not be stopped.

Starting in Como I started the camera and my Dad started a timer. I edited out only a few seconds a couple of times so I could run around to the other side of the layout.

But the timer never stopped. I was surprised how will it all ran. The train stopped only in one spot. That was on a dead frog (Thought I had them all wired). Other then that the train was not touched.
