We misten wel iets deze middag ....... de drummer was er niet bij , afwezig door ziekte .

Mollies Jazz Bunch is opgericht in 2006 en kan worden omschreven als een een piepjong seniorenorkest.

Het uitgangspunt, New Orleans revival, werd verbreed met Oud Zwart en Chicago South Side. Naast de bekende klassiekers als Jelly Roll Morton, Sidney Bechet en Clarence Williams werd veel inspiratie gehaald uit de bandboeken van minder bekende jazzers uit de jaren twintig. De verfijnde jazzliefhebber, die nu eindelijk wel eens prachtige nummers van Lovie Austin, Preston Jackson of Roy Palmer live wil horen, is bij Mollies aan het juiste adres.
We did miss something this afternoon ....... the drummer was not there , absent due to illness ..... sometimes very noticeable .
