Pouring a 2 Car Garage Floor (Adding 300 gallons of water to the load)

We're pouring a 28' x 26' garage concrete floor on this job. The concrete floor slopes 2 inches from the back towards the front to shed water.
We're using 3500 psi mix with fibermesh for reinforcement. The subgrade was compacted very good and good gravel was used to backfill.
You won't believe what the mixer driver told us about a concrete load one of the other drivers took to a jobsite the day before.
This wasn't on one of our jobs but for another customer of their's.
