Retired Navy SEAL, Mark "Coch" Cochiolo's is often asked what his every day carry (EDC) is. In this Q&A series video, Coch talks about what he carries based on what he's doing.

Coch has over 30 years of Naval Special Warfare experience ranging from Special Warfare Operator, Operational Tester, Combat Developer, Officer In Charge, Training Officer and Weapons Instructor.

He has four operations SEAL tours of duty to the Western Pacific (WESTPAC) under his belt and has spent eight years as an assaulter and breacher on the US Navy's tier one counter-terrorist unit making operational and combat deployments to hotspots in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
