Producing our Bigger Better Burger Bun from start to finish. We start off adding the ingredients to the mixer, then to the Werner and Pfleiderer Tewimat 6 pocket moulding machine, intot the proofers, from the proofers to the ovens, from the ovens to the cooling area, to the Lematic bun slicer and finally to the UBE bagger. Safety guards and shields were bypassed for the production of this video.
