Backstory- Once a brilliant scientist, Dreadshow was transformed into a cyborg after a "lab accident". Now, driven by a twisted sense of justice and vengeance, he uses his advanced technology to pursue his goals like global domination and being a successful tv show host.
Personality- Cunning, with a dark sense of humor. He views himself as the ultimate blend of human intellect and machine precision.
Yes he is lightly inspired by Albert Wesker from Resident Evil.
