Fighting Heart Disease - The Victor Chang Heart Health Check Tour

The Victor Chang Heart Health Check Service provides Australian's with a free heart health screening to help fight heart disease. Since its launch in 2010, the Victor Chang Heart Health Check has tested over 80,000 Australian's (and counting) across the country. It's a mobile testing service that can be set up anywhere, with the ability to measure blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and provide information on modifiable risk factors in less than 10 minutes.
