Deadhead Amtrak and Dead Garbage Train! 4K

Amtrak 7, the westbound Empire Builder arrives with Amtrak 173 and 189. This train normally arrives with just one engine after the main Empire Builder is split in two at Spokane, WA. The other part goes to Portland, WA along the Columbia River Gorge. After mudslides between Seattle and Everett the day before, this train is deadheading to King Street Station in Seattle. Amtrak and BNSF prohibit loaded passenger trains from running over areas with mudslides for at least 48 hours to make sure things are stable. Passengers were offloaded in Everett and bused down to Seattle.
Shortly after, BNSF 6303 pulls a loaded coal train out of the tunnel northbound to Roberts Bank coal terminal in British Columbia, CA.
BNSF 739 declared an emergency around MP 11 because it lost its air pressure. Listen to the audio. After it was restored, it brings in a southbound garbage train. BNSF 739 is a GE C44-9W built in 1997.
