Old Crow Medicine Show at Fun Fest 2021 - Rocky Top, Wagon Wheel, AmericanGirl, and CircleBeUnbroken

These were the final four songs played by Old Crow Medicine Show at Kingsport Fun Fest 40th Anniversary on Friday, July 23, 2021. OCMS played the Northeast Tennessee “anthem” Rocky Top followed by their hit song Wagon Wheel to close out the amazing show. They performed Tell It to Me while introducing the band members.

The band returned to the stage and invited guest group Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors to the stage where they performed covers of Tom Petty’s American Girl and The Carter Family’s Will the Circle Be Unbroken.

The Carter Fold is located nearby and Bristol is recognized as the birthplace of country music due to the Bristol Sessions that were recorded in the early 1900s.

I really enjoyed the show and wanted to share for any OCMS fans who were unable to attend. Pandemic numbers were down at the time, and we were luckily in a less congested seating area.
