This is something I picked up from Bmac (@brandonmc.ninja) about a year ago and at the same time, @lachlangiles had posted something similar on his @AbsoluteMMAStKilda channel about using the fist behind the head to stop the opponent from moving their back independently.

Last weekend I used it in my match against a local Black Belt and by using that order, the “3” at the end stripped his hands as he tried to fight my choking hand.

Only difference in my match being I finished it on the opposite side to the side I’m explaining in the first part of the video but the “1-3-2” still applies.
