Funny Corgi pet to the head

This is Sammy. He is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Sam came to live with my family on
January 21, 2010 from the Lied Animal Shelter in Las Vegas. He was there as a stray, but they estimated he was about 3 years old. Initially he feared everything, but with training, love, and patience he became one of the most valued family members. He traveled to San Diego to
play on Dog Beach often. He went to Corgi Beach day at Huntington Beach three times and played with over 1000 other Corgis in the surf and sand. He loved to hike not only the local trails around home, but also larger hikes like Mt Charleston in
Nevada and River Mountain Trail in Colorado just to name a few. He loved to go to dog friendly stores where he was always the perfect ambassador to Dogdom. Children who were afraid of dogs would pet him as he sat facing away from them to not scare them.
