IRELAND - JOB SEEKER VISA

COMING TO WORK IN IRELAND? WAIT YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS 👇

Citizens from the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK
→ No visa or employment permit required.
→ Their non-EEA family members may need a visa or preclearance.

Working Holiday Authorization (WHA)
→ Available for young people from countries like 🇺🇸 🇨🇦 🇯🇵 🇦🇺 🇦🇷 etc.
→ Lets you work and travel in Ireland for a specific period.

Stamp 4 Holders
→ Refugees, dependents of Irish citizens, and some long-term residents can work without an employment permit.

✅ Part 2: When Do You Need a Visa or Employment Permit?
Non-EEA, non-UK, non-Swiss Citizens
→ Must check if a visa is needed.
→ Must apply for an employment permit after getting a job offer.

How It Works:
Find a job
Apply for an employment permit
Then apply for a visa (if needed)

Exceptions
→ If you're joining family or already living in Ireland with certain immigration stamps, you might not need a permit.

✅ Part 3: Students, Graduates, and Family Members
International Students
→ With Stamp 2: Can work part-time (20 hrs/week) during college & full-time during holidays.
→ Stamp 2A: No work allowed

Graduates
→ Can apply for Stamp 1G under the Third Level Graduate Scheme to work full-time temporarily.

Family Members
→ Stamp 1G or 4 is given to eligible family members (spouses, dependents, etc.), allowing them to work without a permit.
→ Rules vary depending on your relationship and the sponsor’s status.
