Electrify Expo | IN CHARGE: CEO BJ Birtwell

Now in its third year, Electrify Expo is the nations largest experiential eMobility event. It tours the nation with hundreds of battery powered cars, bikes, boards, scooters, boats, RVs, and more. Much of the eMobility is direct-to-consumer which creates an opportunity for events like Electrify Expo to extend an opportunity for buyers to get a close look in real life and even take these vehicles out for a spin. Miss GoElectric sat down with founder and CEO BJ Birtwell on May 19th 2023 to talk about the origins, growing pains, and trajectory of this festival. The two carved out some time at the Long Beach Convention center where she was speaker at Industry Day. Miss GoElectric returned on May 20th to cover the first public day.
