2019 Pacific Typhoon Season but all the storms talk

Sluggish start, disastrous end; the 2019 WPAC, despite being so inactive, was the most destructive season on record in the basin. With the first ever February C5 (Wutip), a Massive Monster Typhoon that decimated the Kanto region of Japan (Hagibis), the Demon that ravaged the Philippines (Kammuri) and a late intense Category 5 Super Typhoon that ended Dorian's run for the strongest storm of 2019 worldwide (Halong), this is the season that defied what everyone had earlier thought an inactive season. After 3 months of the disappearance of the WPAC episodes, here it is; the best WPAC episode till date, 2019!
