Review: EMOVE Touring Electric Scooter

If you've wanted a PEBL or ELF bike for a while and have never considered an e-scooter before you should give one a chance. No license is required in most states and they're quick and efficient transportation. As long as you can ride a regular bike, you can probably ride one of these. There are a few that are water resistant and since you can "ride" without getting all sweaty, wearing rain gear has less of an impact - even a traditional rain poncho could work as long as you weren't fording through creeks or the like. And they're MUCH less expensive than either the ELF or PEBL.

The scooter we purchased two of is the EMOVE Touring scooter. EMOVE also offers one called a Cruiser that has a far longer range and is more water resistant than the Touring.
