2-3 rounds of each exercise:

➡️Decline Pushups - 10 Reps
➡️Hi Ups - 15 Reps
➡️Step Ups - 10 Reps Per Leg
➡️Box Jumps - 10 Reps
➡️Box Dips - 10 Reps
➡️Split Squats - 10 Reps Per Leg
➡️Plank Box Touch - 10 Reps Per Side
