Namaste, Nepal! 🇳🇵I am back in one of my favorite countries in South Asia for more exploration and more momo! This time my quest will take us to the high altitudes of the Himalayas and mountain villages!

Sometimes referred to as the “roof of the world,” Nepal is famously home to the snow-capped Himalayan mountains, vibrant culture made up of the world’s friendliest people, and my favorite dish, momo!

Exploring the mountains of Mustang gave me a completely different perspective on Nepal as an adventure country with so many beautiful and unexpected encounters.

The Nepal series is on YouTube for the next few weeks; meanwhile, I am doing my first-ever expedition in Kyrgyzstan with two groups for the next 25 days.
