Taiwan president's trip to US angers Beijing

Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen has left for the United States on a trip that has angered Beijing. She will make a stopover in the US en route to the Caribbean. Speaking to the media just before leaving, she said Taiwan faces threats from what she called "overseas forces".
